Checks, upkeep and minor repairs share your plan’s on-site allowance. Filters, batteries and materials are supplied by you or billed separately.
Unused time does not roll over. Checks are visual and noninvasive, not real estate inspections.
Additional Work and Exclusions
Extra projects require a separate approved quote at regular rates. Larger homes, multiple buildings or extended travel may need custom pricing.
Major repairs, remodeling, roofing, specialist trade work and emergencies are excluded. No mowing, snow removal or pet-waste cleanup.
